Our casting project experience ranges from less than 1 lb. aluminum, magnesium, and zinc die casting to 30 lb. ductile iron castings. We have helped customers produce castings for various industries, especially for marine applications. Volume can range from a few hundred pieces annually to thousands. High quality precision castings can reach ±0.005 in. [±0.13 mm] as cast, or ±0.001 inch [±0.025 mm] with additional machining operations.
