High precision Machining (CNC)

Typical machining projects use steel of various grades, stainless steel 300 and 400 series, copper and brass, and aluminum. We have plenty of experience with other specialty materials, such as electrical steel and aerospace grade aluminum, and more. Tolerances as close as ±0.0005 inch [0.01 mm] can be achieved. Other Machining Parts

Our low cost machining capabilities produce parts that are able to hold good tolerances. We follow standard GD&T practice for all our products, and we are also capable of touching up casting and forging parts to meet additional requirements. SPC can be performed on all critical dimensions to ensure those are within specification limits.
